Although Oscar Nero finally agreed to receive treatment for his terminal cancer on “General Hospital,” his days in Port Charles may already be numbered.

Following his talk with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) on Thanksgiving, Oscar (Garren Stitt) realized he wanted to live and decided to give the experimental drug trials Kim (Tamara Braun) suggested a chance. While the teen believes the treatment could save his life, spoilers suggest he may not live through it.

When Oscar first learned about his diagnosis, he was told that there was a chance the drug trial could kill him faster or it could have no effect on his brain tumor. Kim previously mentioned the treatments will begin on Dec.1, but there’s no guarantee it will help Oscar live long enough to see the new year.

Will “General Hospital” kill off Oscar right after he decides to fight for his life?

“General Hospital airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
