Sam was devastated when she learned authorities planned to declare Drew legally dead, but on the Tuesday, Oct. 15 episode of “General Hospital,” her day will get a lot worse when a fake witness frames her for Shiloh’s murder.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Diane(Carolyn Hennesy) reveals Sam (Kelly Monaco) will be transferred to Pentonville. “General Hospital” spoilers Jason is determined.

Sam saved Jason’s life by shooting Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) with a flare gun. However, authorities were suspicious of the murder because Shiloh was shot in the back. The evidence makes the incident look like an execution rather than an act of self-defense.

Jordan (Briana Henry) believed Sam tried to save Jason’s life from the Dawn of Day leader. However, after Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) henchman claimed Sam hired him to free Shiloh, Jordan was forced to arrest her.

Jason knows that Sam killed Shiloh to save his life and suspects Peter was working with the cult leader. Will Sam’s arrest push Jason to discover the truth about Shiloh and Peter’s relationship?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Peter asks Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) if something is supposed to scare him, and she insists it should. “GH” spoilers reveal Obrecht gets an enlightening phone call.

In the previous episode, Obrecht asked Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) if Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) child was still alive. Valentin claimed Nina’s mother gave the child away and revealed he couldn’t find the baby’s record. Could Obrecht’s call be used against Peter, or will the conversation lead her to Nina’s real daughter?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
