  • "Genshin Impact" introduces a new event called the Five Flushes of Fortune
  • The event reward players with Primogems, Mora and more
  • The Five Flushes of Fortune runs from Feb. 3 to Feb. 10

Chinese gaming studio miHoYo recently rolled out "Genshin Impact" Version 1.3 and with it comes a lot of exciting additions to the game, including the Five Flushes of Fortune event. Here are some tips and tricks to get all the filters needed to earn Primogems in the duration of the event.

This event tasks players to take photos of objects across Teyvat for daily rewards. The Five Flushes of Fortune event is live from Feb. 3 to Feb. 10. For players with leftover photos, they can still claim the rewards until Feb. 13. It is worth noting that the event is only available to players with Adventure Rank Level 20.

To start the event, players need to go to Liyue Harbor and interact with Ji Tong, who will give them a short quest called the Kurious Kamera. After the quest is completed, players will be given the Kamera, which will be accessible in the player's gadget tab. With that, players can start the Five Flushes of fortune event that requires players to collect new photos using the prompt on the event page.

The prompt, which is usually a combination of a specific category and color, changes every day. For instance, on the first day of the event, it tasks players to take photos of red items while photos of blue creatures are required on the event's second day. To know if things count for the prompt, players will see a small blue ring appearing around a particular thing when they use the Kamera.

During the event, players can take up to 10 photos each day. Every photo rewards players with a filter that could be given to Ji Tong in exchange for a reward. This could include Primogems, Mora and a lot more. The kind of filters players get depends on the quality of the photo taken.

Photos are assessed based on the subject's natural color, lighting and many other factors. For players who want to obtain a specific filter, they can change the time of day to adjust the lighting. They can also trade filters with their "Genshin Impact" friends. Players can use the Photo Swap menu via the in-game event page.
