The road to recovery isn’t over for Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo). After managing to survive a gruesome attack in the Season 12 winter premiere of "Grey's Anatomy"— one that left her bed ridden in the hospital for six weeks — the Grey Sloan surgeon will now have to face the aftermath of the traumatizing incident. And from the promo video of ABC’s upcoming installment, it doesn’t look like Mer is coping very well.

“Something terrible happened to you,” a therapist says to Meredith, who responds with a smile that “she’s lucky to be alive.”

“Then why are you so angry?” he questions.

“I’m not,” she refutes.

But she is and audiences get a glimpse of Meredith’s pain in the trailer for episode 10, titled “All I Want Is You.” While surrounded by friends and snacks, Maggie (Kelly McCreary) asks her sister what they can do to help Mer. But Meredith's request is simple. “Leave my house,” she says. “Get out!”

But the upcoming episode won’t solely focus on Meredith. According to the synopsis for episode 10, while the hospital deals with Meredith’s trauma, Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Maggie will perform a “risky, experimental surgery on Alex’s (Justin Chambers) 15-year-old patient against his professional opinion.” We smell the beginning of a Grey Sloan feud!

Speaking of disputes, viewers will get to watch Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Nathan (Martin Henderson) continue their mysterious quarrel in the ABC drama. But among all the dreary storylines, one plot will be filled with light as Maggie and Andrew (Giacomo Gianniotti) continue to develop their seriously steamy relationship.

“Grey’s Anatomy” airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
