Brace yourselves, “Grey’s Anatomy” viewers! The Season 12 premiere title for the hit ABC medical drama has leaked online … and it sounds painful.

The cast and crew of “Grey’s Anatomy” has made it clear that they are back to work on set, but details about the upcoming episodes have been scarce … until now. A photo depicting the alleged call sheet for episode 1 was leaked online.

Based on the image, the title for the episode 1 is “Sledgehammer.” Other than little snippets of filming locations, like scenes by the “Main Nurses Station” and the “Long Hall,” no other details about the premiere can be spotted.

When “Grey’s Anatomy” last left off, April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson’s (Jesse Williams) marriage was left in limbo. April wanted to return to the Army, however Jackson gave her an ultimatum – if she leaves then their marriage is over. Meanwhile, Catherine (Debbie Allen) and Richard (James Pickens Jr.) finally tied the knot … after getting in a fierce argument over the new chief of surgery.

Elsewhere, Jo (Camilla Luddington) and Alex (Justin Chambers) took a big step in their relationship by moving out of Meredith’s old house and finding a place of their own. Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) also appeared to be heading in the right direction when Owen helped Amelia listen to the last voicemail that Derek (Patrick Dempsey) left Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). Finally, Maggie (Kelly McCreary) opened up to Meredith about her parents crumbling marriage, helping the two sisters further their bond.

It’s not clear what drama lies ahead for the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, but fans will be introduced to a new face. “Secrets and Lies” alum Martin Henderson will be scrubbing in as a character named Ben and will have a recurring role. Meanwhile, Jason George has been upped to a series regular, and Jessica Capshaw’s contract was extended – which means Calzona shippers can continue rooting for Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Capshaw) to patch up their relationship.

“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 premieres on ABC on Thursday, Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET. Check out tweets from the cast on set below:
