The Memphis Grizzlies are on a hot streak and another win looms over the horizon.

Memphis faces off with the San Antonio Spurs anew, looking to stretch their winning streak to eight on Wednesday, January 11 at the FedEx Forum.

It will be the second time in a matter of days that the two Western Conference teams will face off.

In their previous meeting, the Grizzlies withstood a late rally by the Spurs to pull off a 121-113 win at home.

"Just sticking with it," Tyus Jones said of withstanding the Spurs' late run. "We showed our poise in not letting their run kind of deter us from what we needed to get done."

The Grizzlies were without Ja Morant in that matchup.

In his place, Tyus Jones took over and dropped 24 points and six assists. Dillon Brooks and Desmond Bane contributed 15 markers each.

Memphis outgunned (49.5% - 45.4%) and outrebounded (50-42) the Spurs in that showdown.

The only player listed as out for the Grizzlies is Brandon Clarke.

Memphis is averaging 116.4 points per game, shooting 46.9% from the field and 34.4% from beyond the arc.

In addition, they are also averaging 49 rebounds per contest.

On the defensive side, the Grizzlies are allowing opponents 111.3 points per game on 44.5% field goal shooting and surrendering 43.5 rebounds per match with a defensive rating of 75.

For the Spurs, checking their two-game slide may be a tough one.

In their last loss to Memphis, Tre Jones led the way with 18 points and seven assists.

Josh Richardson chipped in 16 points coming off the bench along with five rebounds and five assists.

"It's definitely our mentality every night," Jones stated. "How hard we are going to play. It's something we have to do to give ourselves a chance every single night. It's something we want to build on."

The Spurs are norming 112 points per outing, shooting 47.3% from the field and 34.5% from beyond the arc.

Moreover, San Antonio is controlling the boards with a 42.8 rebounding average per encounter.

The Spurs own a defensive rating of 71.

The Grizzlies are -14 spread favorites to vanquish the Spurs with a rating of +14, while the moneyline is -1166 for Memphis and +231 for San Antonio.

With the tip-off set for 8:10 PM ET, the highly-anticipated meeting can be watched via NBA League Pass and fuboTV.
