Hannibal
Will Graham (Hugh Dancy, not pictured) and Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen, not pictured) will be prisoners of Mason Verger (Joe Anderson, pictured) in episode 7 of "Hannibal" Season 3. NBC

Episode 6 of "Hannibal" Season 3 was downright brutal! Fans watched in horror as Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) cut into Will Graham's (High Dancy) skull, presumably to eat part of his brain! However, just before viewers caught a glimpse of the worst of the bloody carnage, the episode abruptly cut into the future where Will and Hannibal were both hanging upside down in a meat cellar, prisoners of Mason Verger. How will "Hannibal" get from point A to point B in episode 7, "Digestivo?"

According to the synopsis for the new episode, Hannibal's gruesome dinner will be interrupted when the Italian police, who were tipped off by Bedelia (Gillian Anderson) in episode 6, show up to crash the party. Unfortunately, Mason Verger has bought influence over the police, so that means Hannibal and Will end up as his prisoners on Muskrat Farm. There, with the help of Dr. Cordell Doemling (Glenn Fleshler), Mason will enact his plan to eat Hannibal piece by piece. However, the synopsis also reveals that Hannibal still has some allies. Alana (Carloline Dhavernas) plans to rescue Hannibal from Mason's clutches and Chiyo (Tao Okamoto) wants Hannibal back for her own revenge plot.

Plus, the promo for the episode teases Hannibal escaping all on his own. In a revealing scene from the teaser, he appears to somehow get a hold of a knife and cut his way out of his restraints. Mason might be in trouble!

Finally, there is still the matter of seeing how Hannibal's sawing into Will's head will conclude. What state will Graham be in after the near lobotomy?
