It is not really easy to maintain a slim figure after giving birth to a child, but Khloe Kardashian has successfully managed to do it.

It’s been more than a year since the 35-year-old reality star welcomed her daughter True Thompson. And in less than three months of her delivery, she started flaunting her hour-glass figure on various social media sites, including Instagram.

In June 2018, the Kardashian sister shared her first image after delivery on the photo sharing site, in which she introduced herself as “True’s Mom”. According to her, there is no secret behind her fit and toned body. It is all about a regime of seven-day intense workout and strict diet.

But the Revenge star admitted that it was not really easy to focus on her fitness routine after delivering her daughter True. “My mind knew I could do it, but my body couldn’t keep up. That was a struggle for me because I consider myself a beast in the gym and I love working out. So when I wasn’t able to do what my mind wanted, physically it really discouraged me,” she said in an interview with Women’s Health magazine.

What is Khloe’s fitness routine?

The mother of a baby girl is known for dedicating lot of time on workout. “I’m so glad I don’t have to keep this a secret anymore!! ... As you all know fitness is my passion,” she wrote on Instagram while unveiling her new active wear line last year. View it here.

The Revenge star had shared her fitness routine with the fans earlier. The seven-day workout schedule is meant to tone the entire body. It begins with cardio. Since Khloe is not very fond of it, she mixes it up with other activities, like running and boxing.

The second day is dedicated for legs and butt. On the third day, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star focuses on various moves that can engage her entire body and incorporate balance. Fourth day is dedicated for Cardio again.

The fifth day is meant for arms and the next day is dedicated for the entire body, with activities. On the last day, the reality star focuses on an active recovery with yoga, stretching, foam rolling and a warm bath.

According to her trainer Luke Milton, she is very serious about her workout sessions. “She’s extremely committed to her fitness endeavors, she’s extremely disciplined with her nutrition and she is a real athlete in the gym,” he told The Daily Telegraph. And here's the result!

What is Khloe’s diet like?

Kardashian’s family nutritionist Philip Goglia said she takes seven meals a day and they are rich in fruits, vegetables, protein and healthy fat.

“She has a pattern where she will do seven days on and then have one meal off. Her choice of cheat would vary a great deal—maybe she’ll have a slice of cake as dessert or a pizza or pasta dinner, basically whatever she has a craving for,” he told Healthista.

In a different interview with People, the certified celebrity nutritionist said True’s mom makes sure that she eats healthy stuff. “Khloe knows that if there’s a ton of nachos in front of you but you’re staring at your sea bass, you need to eat the fish first—and then dive into the crap. You’re always eat less crap if you’re eating healthy stuff first,” he said.

However, Goglia revealed that everybody’s body is different and a seven day meal plan will not work for everyone. According to him, a person’s unique meal breakdown depends on how that individual’s body breaks down fats, carbs and proteins.
