Online home improvement platform HomeBuddy announces the launch of its new siding replacement service. The service intends to assist homeowners in finding reputed contractors who sell and install siding for residential properties. The HomeBuddy website matches consumers with contractors based on their project requirements and location. Through a vetted matchmaking process, the platform also intends to help its clients avoid unnecessary delays, scams, and botched work.

"As energy prices are increasing, it is important to have proper home insulation to help save on energy costs, and ensuring that your siding is in good condition is one of the best ways to achieve this," says Co-Founder and CEO of HomeBuddy, Max Entin.

Through its platform, HomeBuddy requires the person in need of a service to share the details of the project they intend to undertake. After answering a few simple questions regarding the project, the algorithm on the platform matches the client with the best available contractor suited for the project. Then a contractor from the nearest area will contact the client, clear up any doubts, and provide a free quote.

This is the eighth and latest of the services provided by the platform. The other services the firm offers include walk-in shower improvement projects, walk-in tubs, stairlifts, kitchen remodeling, window replacement, roofing replacement, and gutter guard service. By searching with specific zip codes, clients can connect with highly qualified professional service providers in their nearest locations.

"Our aim is to make the process of home improvement convenient and affordable for our clients. Rather than focusing on price alone and trying to find the cheapest contractor, we want to connect consumers with contractors who can provide the best experience, which includes pricing, minimal disruption within their homes and daily lives, minimal project delays, and more importantly, the client's overall happiness with the end project. We aim to make the whole home improvement process a better experience," says Co-Founder and CEO, Max Entin.
