Famous horror personality Tom Savini decided to put some fun into people keeping themselves safe from the novel coronavirus with creative face masks. He made some inspired by “Friday the 13th’s” Jason Voorhees mask.

Making movie or pop-culture inspired masks has become a thing under the new normal brought about by the lockdown, according to Comic Book. Now, fans can rock to the fashion made popular by the slasher flick through Savini’s creation. Savini partners with fellow makeup artist Jason Baker to connect their designs to the public. Baker has since thanked horror fans and casuals alike who’ve purchased his creations.

Baker wrote that he and Savini were trying to fast-track the creation process. As with every industry, he explained that they’re trying to move as fast as they can even with a skeleton crew, in accordance with the rules for social distancing and companies under lockdown. He did assure those who ordered they’re trying to fill orders as fast as they can.

Even “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt of the WWE has joined in on the mask craze. The WWE wrestler took to Twitter to show everyone his own “Fiend” inspired mask, according to Wrestling Inc. Interestingly enough, Savini and Baker have also been involved in creating the persona, as well as the gimmick for Bray’s crew, The Wyatt Family.

Bray displayed his mask on Twitter, showing how the half-faced mask protected his nose and mouth, just like a good regulation mask should. Other masks, as seen by Panther Wires, are inspired by sports teams. Even while keeping the wearers safe, these masks allow people to support their favorite team or display their fandom for their favorite celebrities.

Jason Baker continued to inform people looking for their masks of the arrival of the products. On his own Twitter account, he told interested parties to DM if they want to order or want the details on how to get one of the masks for themselves.
