Donald Trump was at his Mar-a-Lago resort on Thursday, celebrating Thanksgiving with his family in Palm Beach, Florida. The U.S. President-elect made it known that he was working towards keeping his campaign promises on the holiday.

On Wednesday night, Trump released a video on Twitter, saying he hoped the country would come together. He was back on social media on Thursday, telling Americans he was working towards keeping more jobs in the United States.

The Trump family still managed to a enjoy a large Thanksgiving feast. According to NBC News, 24 dishes were served at the Mar-a-Lago estate. The menu included traditional Thanksgiving foods like turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie, as well as lamb, sea bass and short ribs.

Trump’s children were heavily involved in his campaign, but they weren’t focused on politics on Thursday. Ivanka Trump made an Instagram post with her family on Thanksgiving, giving thanks for her husband and children.

The photo included Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, as well as their three children, Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore. Ivanka’s maternal grandmother was also in the photo.

Donald Trump Jr. posted a shot of his family getting ready to eat Thanksgiving dinner. He also thanked those who supported the Trump campaign in an Instagram post, and promised that his father would not let the country down.

At least 150 Secret Service personnel guarded the Trump estate, reportedly costing taxpayers $7 million. Trump’s security detail is said to cost $2 million per day.
