They had seemed to put persistent feud rumors to rest when they greeted one another with a warm kiss on the cheek during Commonwealth Day Services earlier this month. However, a royal expert is now claiming that things could be reignited between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle because the Duchess of Sussex is reportedly “humiliating” her at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show.

According to Express UK, the two women have backed different gardens at the event, with the Duchess of Cambridge designing a nature-themed garden while Markle is supporting an African-styled entry which is reportedly already a favorite among gardeners. According to Julia Miller, the host of Vanity Fair’s “In the Limelight,” the fervor of support for Markle’s pick could be humiliating to her sister-in-law.

“If I was Kate, I’d be humiliated they went down this route,” she said. “I would be angry they hadn’t swapped notes before.”

According to the report, it appears Kensington Palace is doing what they can to prevent Markle’s garden from overshadowing Middleton’s, by reportedly forbidding the organization who designed Markle’s garden, Camfed, from using a photograph of Prince Harry for publicity.

As for the two garden designs, Middleton’s features a treehouse, waterfall, wild strawberries and a campfire for children to toast marshmallows in. Markle’s features a breeze-block school house surrounded by peanut and okra crops that girls can learn to grow as well as solar panels and a smart irrigation system.

The news of a new feud allegedly beginning to bloom over the flower show entries comes shortly after the two women put their alleged feud, which reportedly started during preparations for Markle’s wedding to Prince Harry last year, to rest.

Ahead of the warm greeting at the Commonwealth Day service, Middleton and Markle were often reported as being at odds, especially as their husbands, Prince William and Prince Harry, prepared to separate their households.
