Prince Charles could follow in the footsteps of Queen Elizabeth II and his sons, Prince William and Prince Harry if he would agree to do one thing.

A few weeks ago, the future king reportedly visited the set of an upcoming “James Bond” film. During his trip, Prince Charles had the opportunity to meet with lead star Daniel Craig.

An insider told The Sun that the “James Bond” team was so delighted with all of the buzz that they received when they tapped the Queen to appear in one of their movies. And as such, they are convinced that Prince Charles’ cameo will bring the franchise more success.

“He is the epitome of everything British, perfect for a cameo role and ‘Bond’ fans worldwide would absolutely love it. When he visited the film set a few weeks ago, it was discussed… Now, he is considering it,” the source said.

The insider added that the producers of the film are desperate to sign the dad of two because they believe that his involvement could also provide a massive boost to the cursed flick. In the past, accidents have been bountiful on the set of the movie. Just recently, Craig also injured his ankle while filming.

Meanwhile, if Princess Diana’s ex-husband agrees to make a cameo in the film, he would be following in his mom’s footsteps. Years ago, the Queen played a starring role in Danny Boyle’s homage to the movie for the 2012 Olympics in London.

The scene saw Bond, played by Craig, heading to the Buckingham Palace to pick up Her Majesty. The duo then took a helicopter to the Olympic Park, but a stunt double assumed the Queen’s role as she dramatically parachuted down to the ground.

Two years ago, Prince William and Prince Harry also made a cameo in “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.” The royal siblings played the role of Stormtroopers but they were cut out of the final edit because they were too tall.
