'I'm Quitting Heroing' Episode 10 Spoilers, Synopsis, Release Date

Leo Demonhart tells Echidna that he is the owner of the Philosopher's Stone in "I'm Quitting Heroing" Episode 10. The new episode is titled "I'll Save the World, Even If That Means Destroying It."

Leo says he will destroy the world he is trying to protect and Echidna must defeat him if she wants the stone.

Echidna and Steina are shocked as they don't know what to do next. Leo, who has defeated the Demon King several times, is ready to unleash his powers against Echidna in the upcoming episode.

Can Echidna and her allies beat Leo to protect humanity and the Demon World?

In Episode 9 of the "I'm Quitting Heroing" anime, the portal to the Demon World started to collapse, forcing Echidna to consider heading back immediately.

Meanwhile, Leo informed Echidna that the Philosopher's Stone is an engine that creates a black hole to produce unlimited energy. He added that it cannot be used to make Demon World fertile.

"After saving humanity from the despicable Demon King, Leo Demonhart does not earn a hero's standing. Instead, he is regarded with suspicion and hostility by those he fought to protect," read the official series synopsis, according to Sentai. "Treated as a pariah with nowhere else to turn, exiled Leo seeks a position in the army of his former nemesis! But the army is not what it once was before its defeat at Leo's hands, so to maintain his new position, Leo must whip the forces back into fighting shape."

The anime is based on the original story by Quantum. The opening theme song of the anime, titled "Broken Identity," is performed by Minori Suzuki. The closing theme song, "Growing," is by Nao Toyama.

The cast of the anime includes Kensho Ono as Leo Demonhart, Yumi Uchiyama as Mernes, Tetsu Inada as Edvard, Misato Matsuoka as Jerietta, Minori Suzuki as Dianette, Kaede Hondo as Echidna and Hitomi Ohwada as Lily.

"I'm Quitting Heroing" Episode 10 is scheduled to release Tuesday. Fans in the U.S. can watch the episode online on Hidive. The episode will stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
