A 19-year-old social media influencer in West Java, Indonesia, has sued her ex-boyfriend, who was also her manager, after he leaked their sex tapes on social media.

The ex, identified only as GAS, 22, posted at least four clips of him engaging in sexual intercourse with the victim, RM, on the latter's Instagram page Friday, Coconuts.co reported. Additionally, the clips, which were 11 to 20 seconds long, were sent to a number of WhatsApp groups on the same day, according to the online Indonesian outlet.

The sex tapes were filmed at a photo studio in July, Garut Police chief Wirdhanto Hadicaksono said. They reportedly received around 2,000 views before RM's Instagram account disappeared.

RM, a singer of the traditional Indonesian Dangdut genre, discovered the videos through her relatives after they were uploaded. She then proceeded to press charges against GAS as the videos were allegedly filmed without her consent.

GAS, who chief Hadicaksono claimed had full access to RM's social media page as her manager, was later arrested in Bekasi on Sunday. He admitted to Garut Police officers that he leaked the sex tapes out of spite because he was "disappointed" with RM's family.

"I deliberately made the videos because I was disappointed with her parents who have set my girlfriend up for marriage with another man," GAS was quoted as saying in the report. He also allegedly wanted people to know that he and RM have had sexual relations.

Syam Yosef, the attorney representing RM, claimed that GAS had threatened to leak the videos if his client objected to having sexual intercourse with him. GAS allegedly posted the clips online after RM asked for them to break up.

Yosef also explained that the leaked clips did not show the former couple making love, as they only proceeded to have sex after GAS made his threats.

GAS has been charged with disseminating pornographic content online, which is punishable by up to 12 years in prison under the country's anti-pornography law and the Information and Electronic Transactions Act.

Police are also looking into the possibility of any extortion behind the leaked videos.
