Ivanka Trump mirrors her stepmother Melania Trump’s body language, according to an expert.

The First Lady and the First Daughter’s relationship has become an interesting topic to many because they are the two women who are often spotted with President Donald Trump. There are rumors that they are at odds or there is some form of rivalry between the two.

Express stated that according to body language expert Judi James, based on the way they carry themselves, Ivanka actually admires Melania. The younger Trump even copies Melania's “signature beauty queen pose.”

“Melania’s body language is more red carpet than White House, suggesting she saw herself more as a beautiful attachment,” James said on how the FLOTUS exerts an effort to be glamorous in public.

James noted that Ivanka does the same. Trump’s daughter, who is only 11 years Melania’s junior, conducts herself in a similar manner as the FLOTUS. The expert then said that this could mean that Ivanka has a subtle admiration for Melania.

“Ivanka’s body language is all about red carpet glamour, with the hand on the hip and the one knee bent in pose suggesting movie-star credentials,” James added.

“There’s clearly an attempt to suggest something of a challenge in this pose too, or a look of some inner steel. POTUS’s daughter appears to be mirroring or mimicking her stepmother Melania’s signature beauty queen pose, which could have implied some subliminal admiration for her.”

Meanwhile, according to CNN correspondent Kate Bennett in her book “Free, Melania,” there was an odd dynamic between Trump’s wife and daughter during his presidential campaign. When their family shifted to politics, their dynamic allegedly changed, as well.

“It has created an odd dynamic that has left Ivanka and Melania Trump switching off front seat-back seat as the two women in Trump's orbit, a relationship that has created friction,” Bennett wrote.

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Mary Jordan also wrote in her book “The Art of Her Deal” that Melania blocked Ivanka’s attempt at renaming the First Lady’s Office. Some sources told Jordan that the West Wing where Ivanka settled was “putting up roadblocks and purposely not lending support” to the FLOTUS’ office.

Meanwhile, another body language shared the same observation as what James said. According to Bruce Durham of BelievingBruce, Melania was key to Ivanka’s growth and the former was the latter’s “comfort blanket.”
