Jeremy Renner and his Marvel co-star Chris Evans have shared a joke about the former's snowplow accident.

Renner sustained injuries to his ribs, chest, torso and head while clearing snow from a private road near his Lake Tahoe, Nevada, home on New Year's Day. He was getting treatment at a local hospital and was discharged last week.

The actor has been getting wishes on social media since his accident. On Sunday, Jenner's co-star Evans jokingly asked him if anyone had checked on the snowplow.

"That's one tough mf'er. Has anyone even checked on the snowcat???" Evans tweeted. "Sending so much love." Renner responded, "Love you brother... I did check on the snow cat, she needs fuel. 😉😂."

Evans' tweet came after Renner on Saturday shared a photo of himself resting on the bed as a doctor checked his leg movement.

"I want to thank EVERYONE for their messages and thoughtfulness. Much love and appreciation to you all. These 30 plus broken bones will mend, grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens," Renner wrote.

The 52-year-old actor was run over and had his ribs crushed by a snowcat. The actor was reportedly heard moaning in agony when a neighbor called 911.

"Immediately! Someone's been run over by a snowcat! Hurry!" the neighbor told the operator. "Someone's in front of my house on the ground. He got run over by a Snowcat. He's been crushed! Send paramedics, ambulance."

The actor gave an update on his condition on Jan. 4 by posting a selfie on Instagram. "Thank you all for your kind words," he captioned it. "I'm too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all."

Renner was last featured in the TV series "Mayor of Kingstown." He will be next seen in an untitled Oxycontin movie, which will be helmed by directors Aron Gaudet and Gita Pullapilly.

The actor is also rumored to reprise Hawkeye's character in Marvel's upcoming flick, "Avengers: The Kang Dynasty," which is slated to release in 2025.
