Twitter user Ducky shared the summary for "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 143. The new chapter starts with Naoya vomiting and he realizes that Choso isn't human and his blood is poisonous.

Yuta reveals that he can heal him but Naoya has to report that Yuji is dead.

The chapter goes into flashback mode and Jin Itadori is shown holding baby Yuji, while Yuji's grandfather is telling Jin to stay away from a certain woman or he will die. Suddenly, a voice calls out to the grandfather, calling him father. The voice is that of a woman with stitches on her head.

The scene changes to Yuji waking up. Yuta tells him that he's glad to see him doing well. He tells Yuji that Satoru Gojo asked him to take care of the first and second years if anything happens to him.

Later, Yuji confesses to Yuta that he doesn't deserve to be in the school. Megumi Fushiguro arrives and tells him that they are all to blame for the mess. He states that they need to keep working hard to prove that they deserve to be part of the team.

Megumi adds that he needs Yuji's help to save Tsumiki who is participating in a death game designed by Kamo Noritoshi.

In the death game, players need to move inside a barrier within 19 days of initiating their technique. Any non-player entering the barrier will be treated as a player. Meanwhile, players earn points by killing each other and the game master decides on the number of points.

Killing a sorcerer will fetch a player five points while slaying a non-sorcerer will get the player one point.

"Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 143 is scheduled to release Sunday. The digital copy of the chapter will be out on Viz and Manga Plus.
