KEY POINTS

  • Itadori wants Higuruma in his team
  • "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 167 is releasing Sunday
  • The chapter will be available on Manga Plus and Viz

After a one-week hiatus, the manga returns with a new chapter this week and the latest leaks and spoilers of "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 167 suggest Itadori offering Higuruma to join forces with him.

A Twitter user named Myamura has shared the early leaks of the upcoming chapter. Higuruma and Itadori ask Kogane to create a rule to transfer points between players.

In "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 167, Higuruma transfers all but keeps one of his two remaining points. He wants to keep a point so that his cursed technique doesn’t get omitted due to rules.

Itadori asks Higuruma to join his team but he seems to have other plans as he goes somewhere else. Meanwhile, Reggie wants Megumi Fushiguro to team up with him. He asks Fushiguro how aware he is about the Culling Game.

Fushiguro doesn’t disclose any details about Tengen. Soon the negotiation between them breaks and a battle begins. Suddenly, another person appears and attacks them.

In the last chapter, fans got a glimpse of Higuruma’s past. The chapter opened with Yoshizawa asking Higuruma if he wanted to be a public prosecutor or a defense lawyer. Yoshizawa proposed that he should try for the position of judge.

The scene changed to the present as Judgeman stood behind Higuruma and yelled Itadori’s sentence. He was guilty of his crimes and was given Confiscation and the death penalty.

After Judgeman’s harshest sentence ever, Higuruma whipped out his Executioner’s Sword. Meanwhile, Itadori was ready too. Confiscation would remove his ability to use any cursed energy and then Higuruma would slice Itadori leading to his death.

A fierce battle ensued as Itadori threw several chairs at Higuruma and the latter was able to get past them.

During the battle, Itadori appeared focused and aimed at Higuruma’s legs. Later, in the chapter, Higuruma asked Itadori why did he confess to the crime that he did not commit.

He told Itadori that he knew the evidence submitted to Judgeman was about Sukuna and not him.

Fans can read "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 167 online on Viz and Manga Plus. The digital version of the chapter is scheduled for release Sunday.
