The internet was stunned when Justin Bieber dissed “Wildest Dreams” singer Taylor Swift on Snapchat, but it’s far from the first time the two have feuded with each other. Even though the main drama in the music industry lies between Swift and “Famous” rapper Kanye West, she and Bieber used to beef over his ex-girlfriend, “Same Old Love” singer Selena Gomez. She and Swift are famously best friends.

One of the first times Swift publicly dissed the Canadian pop star was at the 2013 Billboard awards. She was asked what she thought about him winning the Milestone Award and she asked to answer another question. At the same awards show, she notably stuck her tongue out in disgust when Gomez gave Bieber a smooch behind the stage.

Swift never supported Gomez’s relationship with Bieber. “Justin knows Taylor doesn’t like him and never will and the feeling is mutual, but he is smart enough to know not to say anything in public or on social media because he knows all the scrutiny he’d endure,” an insider told Hollywood Life in April. “He never expects to be her friend and is not looking to be her friend. He blames Taylor for some of his issues with Selena and that will never go away.”

In response to all of Swift’s hate, Bieber supposedly wrote the song “All Bad.” The opening lyrics read: “It's another, if it ain't one thing/ Instigators, like pouring fire on propane/ The wrong thing, they be worried about/ Ooh, you know females/ And how they like to run their mouths”

In the West vs. Swift battle, Bieber made his side clear early Tuesday morning. He posted a picture of a FaceTime call with the “Famous” rapper and captioned it: “Taylor Swift What Up.” The phrase soon became a top-trending Twitter topic Tuesday. At the time this story was written, it had more than 1.1 million likes on Instagram.
