Kaley Cuoco recently showed off her engagement ring to her millions of followers on Instagram.

The “Big Bang Theory” star uploaded a video promoting the #celEBrateME bracelet designed by Alex and Ani. Proceeds from purchasing the unique piece of jewelry will help send money to charity.

But what stood out in the video was Cuoco’s huge engagement ring from her fiancé, Karl Cook. The couple got engaged on Nov. 30, which also happened to be the actress’ birthday.

Following their engagement, the actress also showed off her ring to her followers on social media. However, the recent video provided a more close up look of her jewelry.

Meanwhile, Cuoco and Cook first met at a horse show. The couple is both professional equestrians, and they have participated in the same competitions. When they are not in the field, they spend time watching their friends compete.

While speaking on “The Talk” (via US Weekly), Cuoco said, “I finally found my horse guy. It was very meant to be. He’s an amazing rider, amazing equestrian and great human. We share a passion for dogs and horses… it’s been lovely,” she said.

Cuoco and Cook are also into animal adoption. Most recently, Cuoco revealed that Cook wants to adopt another dog. “Karl informed me actually a few days ago that he wanted to rescue another bulldog, so I think we’re going to get another bulldog. It doesn’t matter at this point, any dog is welcome in my house apparently,” she told Entertainment Tonight.

The actress, on the other hand, has adopted two pit bulls. While speaking with the Los Angeles Times, she explained why she became interested in taking care of the breed. The 32-year-old star heard so many misconceptions about pit bulls that she wanted to familiarize herself with them.

“I was like, ‘Oh, my God. I’m obsessed with this kind of dog. I just found them to be so incredible. I realized what great dogs they were, and how horribly they were seen. And I just didn’t want that to happen anymore. So it became a passion,” she said.
