Rapper Kanye West has been restricted from Instagram after uploading a series of posts that the social media platform said violated its policies.

It is unclear which specific posts caused West's account to be suspended. West, who recently changed his name to Ye, took to Twitter to address the situation.

"I'm a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up, I'm going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE The funny thing is I actually can't be Anti-Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda," West tweeted in a now-deleted post.

West's response comes after a Friday tweet that called out musician Sean "Diddy" Combs and another comment about Jewish people.

"Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me. I told you this was war," he said on Friday in a post that has since been deleted.

The recent spotlight on West comes following controversy at his Yeezy launch on Monday at Paris Fashion Week. He wore a shirt that read "White Lives Matter."

During an interview Thursday with Tucker Carlson on Fox News, West explained that the meaning of the shirt does not resemble anything other than "they do."

West had also posted on his Instagram story that, "Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam. Now it's over you're welcome."

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the phrase "White Lives Matter" is "a racist response to the civil rights movement Black Lives Matter."
