Kate Middleton is not a picky eater, but there is something she admits that she doesn’t like.

The Duchess of Cambridge enjoys a healthy diet. She loves avocado, berries and porridge. She also eats gazpacho, ceviche, watermelon salad and tabbouleh. She indulges in pizza, pasta and curry and takeaways, but she doesn’t like almond milk.

In January 2018, Middleton visited a cafe run by charity. She was accompanied by her husband, Prince William. There were reports claiming that she liked almond milk, so they offered the duchess the drink, but they were shocked with her reaction.

“We put almond milk on the table because we had read that she had it,” Kim Gardener, who runs Betel UK’s women’s houses, said.

“Don’t believe everything you read — I don’t even like almond milk,” Middleton told her.

When the royals are away, they are very careful with what they eat. According to OK! Magazine, they should not be served with shellfish to avoid food poisoning. They have tons of engagements in a year and couldn’t afford to be sick.

When away from the palace, Middleton and Prince William, as well as the other members of the royal family, are advised to avoid rare meat, tap water and garlic. Carolyn Robb, a Kensington Palace chef, who served the royal family during the days of Princess Diana, said that garlic was a big “no-no” even at home.

“The only thing that was forbidden was garlic,” Robb said. “And the reason for that was that they obviously did a lot of public engagements and were in close proximity to people and never wanted to have garlic.”

Darren McGrady, a former royal chef who served the members of the firm for 15 years, said the same thing about garlic. He added that one should never put garlic in Queen Elizabeth II’s menu or strong onions and paprika because she “hates” them.

In related news, Middleton is disliked by many for her laziness. When Meghan Markle joined the royal family, royal fans noticed that the Duchess of Sussex has done a lot of things compared to the Duchess of Cambridge in just over a year. This made them think that Middleton should do more.
