Kate Middleton is very particular when it comes to her diet.

The Duchess of Cambridge remains slim even after giving birth to three adorable children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Her lean body could be attributed to her active lifestyle and healthy diet.

Good Housekeeping shared Middleton’s diet plan and the duchess apparently favors healthy and produce-filled diet. Check out the royal mom of three’s meals in a day.

Breakfast

Middleton starts her day with a smoothie made of spirulina, kale, matcha, spinach, romaine, cilantro and blueberries. Matcha is a concentrated green tea powder while spirulina is a blue-green alga that is said to have “superfood” status.

Lunch

The Duchess of Cambridge follows an organic diet with “rich antioxidants.” A bowl of seasonal fruits has a place in her meal regularly.

Among Middleton’s favorite dishes are watermelon salads, gazpacho, goji berries, tabbouleh and ceviche. She reportedly prefers to eat more raw foods not just to maintain her figure but to achieve radiant skin.

Dinner

For dinner, Middleton’s go-to dish is roasted chicken. Before she married Prince William, the couple’s frequent visitor was Prince Harry who stopped by to join them for their roast chicken dinners.

“In the evenings she indulges her hobby of cooking William’s favorite supper, roast chicken,” Katie Nicholl wrote. “That’s their idea of the perfect night.”

Aside from the aforementioned meals, Middleton loves spicy curry. When the duchess was still expecting Prince George, she was seen enjoying a homemade vegetable dish prepared by Indian couple Chan Shingadia and her husband, Hash, who ran the Spar shop near Middleton’s home in Berkshire at the time.

Middleton confessed that she likes spicy foods. Unlike her, Prince William struggles with spices. However, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge share the same love for sushi.

During a visit to Japan House London, the duke met Japanese chef Akira and praised the food. Prince William was very thankful during his visit because “my wife and I love sushi.”

The duke even said that they might visit the place for lunch when no one else is in to enjoy it for themselves. Middleton also loves lamb. In fact, the couple served their wedding guests a saddle of organic lamb at the reception.
