Kathryn Prescott posted for the first time since she met an accident in September 2021. The actress mentioned that she is looking for an "anonymous woman" who gave her a rock right after the accident as "good luck."

In the post, Prescott shared the rock’s photo that was kept on a wooden table. "An anonymous woman, whose face I never saw, put this rock into my hand as I was being lifted onto a stretcher. She whispered into my ear that it was for good luck," she captioned the post.

The 30-year-old actress recalled that when she was in the operating room and getting prepared for her first surgery, one of the assistants asked her about the rock and she realized that she was holding it since the accident without realizing it.

"Thank you to that woman (if anyone knows who she is, please tell me) and to all of my amazing nurses, doctors, physical/occupational therapists and surgeons at NYP and Mount Sinai," Prescott added.

The "Finding Carter" star further thanked her twin sister, actress Megan Prescott, for reaching out to her at that time, considering the COVID-19 pandemic and the travel ban.

Moreover, she thanked all her friends who were there for her "without hesitation," and "for sending your mums, friends and sisters when you couldn't." She also thanked her hospital's room mate who made her laugh even when "there wasn't much to laugh about."

"Thank you to everyone who has reached out and helped in every and any way they could. From the bottom of my heart, thank you," she concluded the post.

Many celebrities took to the comments section to share their love and support for the actress.

"So happy you are ok," director Joshua Shultz commented with heart emojis. Actress Brooke Markham wrote, "You are so special, Kat! We love you so, so much xxxxx."

Actress Sydney Lucas wrote, "Sending so much love to you, Kat." Actor Tyler Young commented, "I’m so happy to know you’re are on the mend, Kat!! You’re a tough one. All the best to you!"

Prescott was hit by a cement truck in September 2021 when she was crossing a street in New York City and was kept in an intensive care unit (ICU). Her twin sister shared the news on Instagram at that time.

On the work front, Prescott was last seen in a TV series, "The Rookie."
