Katy Perry essentially dressed in drag and did the hula as she danced on the stage of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last week.

The talk show host celebrated her 55th birthday last Friday; Perry appeared on the show dressed in a suit reminiscent of Richard Dawson of "Family Feud," complete with a thick '70s moustache, oversize bow tie and skinny microphone.

"I asked for the Anne Hathaway," Perry told DeGeneres, referring to the comb-over wig she wore.

DeGeneres had told the audience that it was always a dream of Perry’s to be a talk show host.

The singer came prepared with her own game that she would host called “Grab Ellen’s Bust.”

Two excited fans were called from the audience in “The Price Is Right” fashion and played a trivia game based on DeGeneres in which the winner would receive an all-expense-paid trip to Australia.

Perry brought with her a crocheted bust in DeGeneres’ image. The premise of the game was the first person to grab DeGeneres’ bust would be allowed to answer the trivia question. The first to three correct answers would win.

The overzealous contestant who ultimately won the game could hardly remain standing with excitement.

The runner-up received a $1,000 Visa gift card.
