Khloé Kardashian spoke about her post-pregnancy weight loss with sister Kourtney Kardashian.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” stars are body goals, from Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner to Khloé. Four of them are already moms, including Khloé, but they are still rocking hot bodies.

On Wednesday (May 13), Khloé spoke with her sister Kourtney while doing a Poosh live stream. During their conversation, the “Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian” star shared that she already lost “almost 60 pounds” two years after delivering her daughter True in 2018.

“If you're trying to lose a significant amount of weight, diet and exercise go hand in hand,” Khloé told the viewers (via People).

“Now that I'm in my weight vicinity goal — I'm around 150. It goes up a little. When it goes into the high 140s I'm like, ‘Woo! It's the dream.”

Since the world is on lockdown and she is quarantining at home, Khloé shared that she prefers to put more effort into hitting the gym than the kitchen.

“In this world, I don't really watch what I eat. That doesn't mean I'm binge eating bags of chips all day. We have good diets, but I love quesadillas. I love anything True's eating,” the celebrity mom said.

“You never know if tomorrow's happening. I would rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen. I know what to do if I need to buckle down.”

Khloé considers eating a lifestyle. When it comes to dieting, she practices keto and intermittent fasting. These approaches work well for her personal schedule.

Khloé reminded her fans that when they achieve their weight goal they can maintain it and at that point, they do not have to deprive themselves.

Khloé also reminded the mom viewers to be kind to themselves because it is difficult to juggle with a baby and do something for themselves. In addition, she said that weight gain is a process that usually takes months, so losing weight won’t only take a day.

“You have to be kind and learn how to balance it all,” Khloé said.

Just recently, Khloé took to Twitter to address the nasty comments about her over a false story. She said that she doesn’t use social media platforms frequently these days because of the disgusting things she’s seen.

Also, she doesn’t like how people comment on her life as if they know her so well. She encouraged everyone to just focus on their lives.
