Lamar Odom opened up about his life with ex-wife Khloé Kardashian in a recent interview. The former NBA player said he regrets cheating on his then-wife and also admitted to sleeping with more than 2,000 women.

Odom and Kardashian were married between 2009 and 2016. The former NBA star has written a memoir “Darkness to Light,” in which he talks about his sex life and drug addiction while he was married.

“I wish I could have been more of a man,” Odom said in an interview with People.

The athlete admitted to cheating on Kardashian and said that it still bothers him that he did it. He also revealed that he hid his cocaine addiction from his ex-wife.

Odom said that at the beginning of the marriage, he had been faithful to his wife, calling this period of his life as “bliss.” He added that he and Khloe made more money during this time than what they made individually before.

After some time, Odom started to have affairs and became a cocaine addict. During this time, he suffered from paranoia, anxiety and depression. Kardashian did try to discuss his problems with him, but she would drop the subject after he would get defensive about it.

In his book “Darkness to Light,” Odom wrote that he has always been addicted to sex, People reported. He admitted to being a sex addict even now.

Odom apparently slept with more than 2,000 women. Many of these women were strippers, and the former NBA player used to pay them.

All the drugs and affairs left Odom “shocked” about his behavior and “embarrassed” at the same time. At the time, he wanted to take back what he had done or at least hide it. He knew that he had a problem.

Odom’s book will be released this month. Kardashian and her family members haven’t reacted to the book or its contents yet, but an insider told Us Weekly that the family members are “not worried about it.”
