Kim Kardashian's rumored cosmetic surgeon Aaron Rollins commented on the ongoing controversy surrounding the reality TV star's famous posterior. While Kardashian has never admitted to getting a Brazilian butt lift, her rumored surgeon Saturday compared the mother of two's body to a "deflated balloon" and said her butt was "too big."

"Let her serve as a lesson to anyone who wants to make a body part bigger. If they have cellulite there before the procedure, then it will be there afterwards, too. People need to think about that or it will look bad like Kim's," Rollins told the Daily Mail. "It's very big, maybe too big. Fat was taken from her waist and put into her bottom. But it's transferring problem fat to another area. Problem fat is problem fat wherever it is. It grows in the same way as it would in the place it was taken from."

He went on adding: "Kim has had two children, she has put on weight and then lost it, then gained it again and lost it again. It's like blowing up a balloon and then letting the air out – there are ripples. No wonder it looks like that. She has everything going against her and there is nothing she can do about it – apart from get the airbrush out."

Kanye West's wife found herself in hot water after paparazzi released photos of her in a bikini while she was on a holiday in Mexico with friends and her sister Kourtney. The paparazzi photos surfaced just hours after Kardashian herself posted an image of her from the holiday. Fans quickly noticed the difference in both the photos and accused the "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" star of altering her photos.

Kardashian, who had close to 100 million followers on Instagram, lost around 100,000 of her fans on the photo sharing site after she posted the airbrushed photo of her butt.

"Kim you make me feel sick talking about your flawless body when you run to the plastic surgeon for everything. There is nothing real about you," one Instagram user commented on her photo. Another said: "Nothing natural about years of botox."

A third user commented underneath a picture of Kardashian and her sister Kourtney, writing: "The natural one. Kimmy would look that good too if she stayed away from all that plastic surgery. Injections, implants, shots; just say no."

Kardashian has not spoken out about the ongoing controversy but shared a photo of her revealing her curves on Instagram. The post was followed by several behind-the-scenes images from the KKW X KYLIE collaboration.

Late Saturday, TMZ posted photos of Kardashian looking stunning in all black as she left a friend's party in Beverly Hills. Kardashian was wearing a body-hugging suit, jeans and knee-high boots with a coat that was almost half on.

Last week, Kardashian gave her first public interview in a Thursday episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” since being robbed at gunpoint in her Paris apartment on Oct. 3, 2016.

“I know this sounds crazy, but I know that was meant to happen to me,” Kardashian said about the Paris incident, before fighting back tears. “That was so meant to happen to me. I really feel that things happen in your life to teach you things.”

While talking about how the incident changed her life, Kardashian said: “It was probably no secret, you see it on the show when I was being flashy. I was definitely materialistic before. Not that there’s anything bad with having things and working hard to get those things. I’m really proud of everyone around me who’s successful, but I’m so happy that my kids get this me and that this is who is raising my kids. I just don’t care about that stuff anymore.”
