Kristin Cavallari and comedian Jeff Dye fueled romance speculations after they were caught kissing and getting cozy over the weekend. Amid her divorce from estranged husband Jay Cutler, the “Very Cavallari” star is said to be enjoying her “easygoing” relationship with her new man.

An unnamed source told Us Weekly that Cavallari and Dye are “totally a thing,” adding that the funnyman has been making the fashion designer laugh.

“He is making her life lighter through this transition and deterring her away from feeling upset. Jeff has helped put her in a good headspace and he is stoked on her and thinks she’s so beautiful and sexy,” the insider said.

The source added that Cavallari and Dye’s relationship is “very easygoing” as the 33-year-old is not looking for anything long-term right now. The reality star also doesn’t want what they have to get serious immediately.

“She has three children and knows it will have to be a slow process,” the insider added.

Cavallari and her new man were seen enjoying each other’s company in Chicago Sunday. TMZ shared a video of the two laughing and kissing as well.

It remains unclear when their relationship started, but the comedian began liking Cavallari’s Instagram posts in July. They even interacted in August when she promoted Dry Farm wine.

“Wine??? You need some whiskey,” Dye commented on her post.

Cavallari, meanwhile, has been liking the comedian’s posts since early October.

Their sighting came six months after Cavallari and Cutler announced that they were ending their seven-year marriage. In a joint statement, the former love birds explained that “this is just the situation of two people growing apart.”

Cavallari opened up about the divorce in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, revealing that she had been thinking about it “every single day for over two years.” The couple, who share three kids Camden, Jaxon and Saylor, cited “irreconcilable differences” and “marital misconduct” as the reasons for the split.

“It was the hardest decision that I have ever made,” Cavallari said about the divorce. “But I don't know, my mom [Judith Spies Eifrig] used to say, 'You'll know when it's time.' I feel like that was true. I knew. And that's that.”
