Lil Nas X has once again criticized BET Networks for not including his music track, "Industry Baby," in its 2022 nominees list.

The rapper called out BET in a series of now-deleted tweets after the nominations were announced last week. Now, he has shared a diss track in response to his awards snub, claiming "Industry Baby" was the biggest song last year and should have been nominated. The 23-year-old also accused the network of being homophobic.

The diss track, which was shared Wednesday on Twitter, featured the hook lines "F--k BET, f--k BET." The rapper performed the track for a minute from his car, slamming the BET Awards 2022, which is scheduled to be held on June 26.

In a separate tweet, Lil Nas X mentioned that he is not actually upset with the nomination snub but over "homophobia in the Black community."

"This not over no bet award this is about the bigger problem of homophobia in the black community, y'all can sit and pretend all u want but imma risk it all for us," he tweeted.

One user commented on the rapper's posts and wrote, "BET is homophobic like you're being dense if you don't think it's cause Lil Nas X is gay. No way Industry Baby wasn't even nominated for Best Collaboration. That song was huge last year."

Nas X replied to the tweet, saying, "Funny thing is industry baby was the biggest song me & jack released last year in the eligibility period but only one of us got a nomination."

However, many criticized the rapper for his comments.

"Sorry nas but ya music ain't it! Maybe you should've just kept remixing old town road," one person wrote. "Stop making everything about your sexuality and focus on your music."

Another person noted how BET gave the rapper opportunity twice. "So just ignore the 2 times BET gave you the opportunity to perform on the main stage; Got It," the user said.

"Industry Baby" is part of the album "Montero," which was released last year. The song, along with "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)," were featured in Billboard Hot 100 tracks.

During his performance at BET Awards last year, Nas X made out and shared a steamy kiss with one of the dancers. The performance also marked the end of Pride Month.

BET's official Twitter handle wrote at the time, "He did what needed to be done."

Apart from his songs, Nas X worked as a voice artist on the animated series "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder," which was dropped in February.
