Lily Allen, the 26-year-old singer known for her single 'Smile,' surely had something to smile about. Over the weekend she married Sam Cooper at St. James the Great Church in Gloucestershire England. Her rep confirmed to People.com that the couple is expecting their first baby.

Allen was wearing a white gown with long lace sleeves by French designer Delphine Manivet. She was given away by her father, Keith Allen.

It's beautiful and she is pregnant, and I am very happy for her. She is very happy about that - it is something wonderful, Manivet told the British newspaper The Telegraph. For me and for her too, when you're pregnant you want to show that, but also be respectful, so the dress was perfect for her for the moment.

The news that Allen is pregnant comes seven months after the couple suffered a miscarriage.

The wedding date was no secret as an unknown guest leaked the 'Save the Date' card to British newspapers in March.
