The first trailer of “Lost In Space” Season 2 has been released online. The video teases the plot to be about the Robinson family’s search for Robot (Brian Steele), and the video also revealed the release date of the popular TV series.

After a panel discussion by a team from the TV series at the New York Comic Con, the fist trailer of the next season has been released online. The plot of the show is based on the 1965 series, and I revolves around the Robinson family and the crew of their ship getting stranded in unknown regions of the galaxy when they were on their way to the Alpha Centauri system to establish a colony.

The main plot of the next season will be to search for Robot. After the events in the first season, Robot is trapped on a planet, and he doesn’t know how to get back to the Robinson family.

“Lost In Space” Season 2 will be a touching story about the bond between the boy Will (Maxwell Jenkins) and Robot. The smart young man may be motivated enough to be able to find Robot, as the family goes on an adventure to find the missing crewmember.

With a new adventure, there will be new dangers to face. According to the plot, the Robinsons must work together, along with the “manipulative” Dr. Smith (Parker Posey) and Don West (Ignacio Serricchio), to get back to the Resolute and the other colonists, The Wrap reported. However, the crewmembers will soon find out that “all is not as it seems.”

The Robinson family members and the others will encounter “incredible new threats” and “unexpected discoveries.” They will also get to meet new people.

“Lost In Space” Season 2 will be introducing a new character named Ben Adler, a chief of advanced systems and artificial intelligence, Deadline reported. The character will be played by JJ Field. The trailer also announced the release date of the show to be Dec. 24.
