It was previously reported that Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 18, who’s been studying at Yonsei University in South Korea, had to come home to the United States amid the coronavirus outbreak. Operations of several establishments, including schools, were momentarily stopped as part of the strategy to combat the further spread of the coronavirus disease.

Since he got home, an insider revealed that he’s been spending more time with his siblings, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 13, Vivienne, and Knox, both 11 in Jolie’s place.

Recent reports, however, revealed that Pitt and Jolie’s kids are dividing their time staying between their mom and dad’s place, which are 5 minutes away from each other, except Maddox.

Pitt reportedly experienced a very challenging relationship with his son, Maddox. More so, after Jolie filed for divorce back in 2017; however, a source revealed to Hollywood Life that their relationship had improved over the past three years.

Apparently, despite the work in progress between the father and son relationship, Pitt and Jolie’s eldest is “understood” to be staying in his mom’s house in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, and focus more on his Korean and Russian studies, The Sun reported.

Although the primary custody remains with Jolie, Pitt still has his visitation time. Considering that Maddox had already reached the legal age, he can now make his own choices.

A tipster told E! News that the kids stayed with Jolie but they continued to see Pitt for their regular visits, The Nation previously reported. The insider further claimed that amid the coronavirus lockdown, Pitt and Jolie’s kids continue to keep up with their school works. The kids’ teachers are reportedly conducting online classes amid the state-wide safer-at-home order. They also allot specific time practicing musical instruments, studying different languages, and helping prepare and cook meals.

Pitt and Jolie’s kids are reportedly taking karate and boxing classes too; however, because of the social distancing, these would need to be momentarily stopped.

Both of the celebrities’ houses are huge and have plenty of space for outdoor activities. Pitt’s mansion has two outdoor pools, a skate bowl, and a giant trampoline, according to the report of Daily Mail. That said, the kids could still do physical activities that could help them stay in shape amid the coronavirus lockdown, while maintaining the recommended social distancing measures.
