A painful couple of months for Mega Millions lottery players finally came to an end for one lucky contestant on Friday night. For the first time since Jan. 1, someone managed to correctly guess all six winning numbers and take home the Mega Millions jackpot, which had grown to $267 million.

The winning numbers on Friday night were 29, 33, 39, 60 and 66, with a gold ball number of 21. There was also a 2X Megaplier in play, potentially boosting the earnings of those who got prizes.

One player in New Jersey was lucky enough to get every number right and take home the jackpot. It was not as large as the Jan. 1 jackpot, which totaled more than $400 million, but it was still a huge prize for whoever won it nonetheless.

Not as many other people were lucky, by comparison. Nobody managed to win the Match 5 prize of $1 million, with or without the Megaplier. One person took home $20,000, while 17 others managed to get $10,000. Jackpot winner aside, it was not a particularly noteworthy night for Mega Millions players.

A claimed jackpot means the grand Mega Millions prize will reset down to its default size of $40 million for Tuesday’s drawing.
