Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton are rumored to be at odds with each other, and the reason why this may be the case has just been revealed.

Judi James, a body language expert, told Express that the dynamic between the duchesses and their respective husbands has simply changed. Before Markle joined the royal family, all eyes were on the Duchess of Cambridge. James said that Middleton has not put one foot wrong since marrying Prince William.

But six years after her wedding, Prince Harry introduced his then-fiancée to the world. If Markle was younger, shyer, and less confident than Middleton, James said that the mom of three would’ve taken her under her wing.

“Instead, she met a woman her own age, a very glamorous, strong, confident, and eloquent Hollywood star with some very passionate ideas on how she wants to change the world. Meghan is a mover and a shaker, a feminist and a campaigner with an ability to speak up and to speak powerfully and inspirationally,” James said.

In related news, the expert also discussed how the royal “Fab Four” responded to questions about family conflicts during their joint engagement in February. James said that the minute Markle joined Prince William, Middleton, and Prince Harry, it was already obvious that their four-member team won’t work.

“Asked if there had been any conflicts during their planning stages, the answer was an immediate and spontaneous yes with Meghan smiling knowingly at Harry before William rose to his feet to emphasize the fact that the charity was Kate’s idea and project. Meghan integrated well with her body language, mirroring Kate on stage but as soon as she spoke quickly and passionately, it was quite easy to see that a minor whirlwind had hit the group and that she was probably a ‘mover’ to Kate’s more ‘status-quo’ approach,” she explained.

James concluded that even though Markle and Middleton’s body language never suggested deliberate tension between the two women, there was also no proof that they are good friends.
