Meghan Markle and Prince Harry take their son's health and safety seriously.

Last month, Markle and husband Prince Harry welcomed their firstborn child, Archie Harrison. The former actress' mom, Doria Ragland, reportedly gave her daughter a hand during the first few weeks after welcoming her child.

But with Ragland returning to Los Angeles, Markle and Prince Harry needed another helping hand. According to Express, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have reportedly already hired a nanny to help them take care of their baby boy.

However, royal commentator Katie Nicholls has revealed that Markle and Prince Harry have pulled out all the stops to ensure that their new hire could be trusted. The nanny was reportedly "forced" to sign an "extensive" non-disclosure agreement in order to protect the Sussexes' privacy.

"I’ve heard from very reliable sources that the new nanny who has now been appointed by the Sussexes has had to sign quite an extensive non-disclosure agreement," Nicholls told Entertainment Tonight.

But while she has another pair of hands helping her out, Markle is reportedly still a very hands-on mom to her baby boy. "Meghan's been up in the night nursing, feeding on demand every few hours," Nicholls dished. "Apparently, he's a hungry little baby.”

This isn't the first time that Markle and Prince Harry have gone to extra lengths to keep their personal lives private. Before their son's birth, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex released a statement saying that they won't be doing the traditional photo shoot outside the hospital when Markle gives birth as they would prefer celebrating their firstborn's arrival "privately."

Their choice had been met with criticism as it was a break away from the tradition set by Princess Diana and followed by Kate Middleton.
