Meghan Markle and Prince Harry reportedly lost two nannies for their baby in just a matter of six weeks.

According to Dan Wootton of The Sun, there’s a high turnover in such a short time with regards to the royal couple’s staff. Two of the nannies that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex hired decided to stop working for them after a few weeks.

In just six weeks, Prince Harry and Markle already have their third nanny. It remains unknown how long the current nanny can survive working for them.

Royal sources explained that the choice of nanny is a highly personal decision and the new parents want to get it right. Buckingham Palace declined to comment when asked about the couple’s staff hiring but some insiders spoke up.

“Often there are different needs at different stages of the baby’s life. The first nanny was a night nurse,” the insider said.

“But Harry and Meghan do not want to rush this or take any risks getting this decision right. It’s deeply personal and can depend on the needs of the baby and parents.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are headed to African tour and they will be needing the nanny to provide additional support for their family.

This isn’t the first time that the Sussexes were reported to have high staff turnover. In November 2018, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex lost three aides in just six months. Among those who left their job post were Edward Lane Fox, Samantha Cohen and their personal assistant Melissa.

Many were surprised when Melissa quit because she was a “hugely talented person” who played a big role in the couple’s relationship and nuptials.

“A real shock, why would she want to leave such a prestigious job so soon?” an insider said.

Another source questioned the high turnover. The insider said that losing one member of the household could happen to anyone but losing three in a few months is like a “stampede.”

Following the said report, some called Markle “Duchess Difficult.” Many reportedly found Markle difficult to work, hence, the nickname.

According to Ashley Pearson, Prince Harry’s wife gets up 5 o’clock in the morning and starts texting her team members about the things they need to for that day. For Markle, she was just “getting her day set up” but the royal households found it offensive because they have a different protocol.
