As Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to transition out of their roles as senior members of the British royal family, some fans may be wondering what's next for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Now, a new report has indicated what the couple plan to "tackle" following their separation from Queen Elizabeth II, Prince William, Kate Middleton, and others.

According to the Mirror, Meghan and Harry have plans to do work around issues such as "medical care and homelessness for veterans and injured service personnel, both in the U.K. and the United States."

Additionally, a source indicated that the two also hope that they can "collectively make a change in the armed forces arena," which I said to be a move that would be "hugely welcomed" by the Queen herself.

As many royal watchers know, this would not be the first time that Meghan and Harry have worked on charitable initiatives. In 2019, Harry joined forces with Oprah Winfrey as they began partnering on an Apple TV+ project, which is set to launch this year.

The former "Suits" actress has also made a considerable amount of effort when it comes to helping others. While on her royal tour of Africa last year, it was reported that she secretly visited the Victoria Yards initiative in Johannesburg, which "brings together local artisans, charities and start-ups, and is supported by The British Council."

Moving forward, it has been said that the other members of the royal family have also been taking new steps following Megxit. Not only has Kate Middleton made a "daring" decision, but it has also been said that she has hinted at her focus. Additionally, Queen Elizabeth has also reportedly been planning on asking her staff to complete "daunting" tasks while also beginning to "overhaul" Buckingham Palace this year.
