Meghan Markle and Prince Harry just welcomed their first child this week, and it seems the duchess may want one more baby Sussex.

A source recently told People that Markle and Prince Harry are already planning to expand their brood after the arrival of their baby boy on Monday, May 6. According to the insider, the Duchess of Sussex has "talked about having one more" child with her husband.

The new parents are reportedly looking forward to raising their child in Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, where they recently moved into after leaving Kensington Palace. According to the same source, Markle and Prince Harry like the privacy that their home affords them and prefer this residence over the palace, which they used to share with Prince William and Kate Middleton.

“There’s so much space for them to be able to take walks with the baby and their dogs and not feel like they are being preyed upon — that was the big thing,” the insider said. “Meghan’s so happy there compared to Kensington Palace. It’s like night and day.”

Even before tying the knot in May 2018, Prince Harry and Markle had already opened up about their plans to raise children together during their first interview as an engaged couple. A source close to the royal household told People that Prince Charles and Princess Diana's younger son has been looking forward to starting a family of his own "for a while" now and has long proven his affinity with kids.

“He’s always enthusiastic with children, and now he will have his own little world that he has dreamed of for a long time," the source said of Prince Harry.

The royal family appears to be equally as excited over the birth of Baby Sussex as the new parents. Prince William and Middleton revealed that they were "looking forward to meeting" their nephew while they were launching The King's Cup regatta in London.

Middleton told reporters that they didn't know the name of Prince Harry and Markle's baby yet, but they wished the new parents "all the best," especially since the next few weeks will be a "bit daunting" for them, Hello! reported.

Prince William, who shares three children with Middleton, also hinted at the pains and joys of parenting that his brother should look forward to. "I'm very pleased and glad to welcome my own brother into the sleep deprivation society that is parenting," he jokingly said.

As for what advice he wanted to give Prince Harry, the second-in-line to throne joked that he had "plenty" of tips to give, adding that he hopes the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could spend a few peaceful days with their newborn.
