  • Meghan Markle wrecked royal family, half-sister Samantha says
  • Meghan Markle and Prince Harry built a $500 million empire
  • Queen Elizabeth II mad at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

Meghan Markle’s sister Samantha has claimed that the duchess wrecked the royal family.

It’s not a secret that Markle is not on good terms with her own family except for her mom Doria Ragland. In fact, Markle’s mother was the only family member present when she tied the knot with Prince Harry in May 2018.

Shortly after Markle and Prince Harry announced that they were quitting their roles as senior members of the royal family, Markle’s half-sister issued a shocking statement. According to Samantha, she was not really surprised considering what the duchess did to their own family.

“I was surprised on one hand but not on the other,” Samantha told “Sunrise.” “As I said at the beginning of all this, there wasn’t really a ‘Markle family rift’ and we have all felt very ghosted’ [by Meghan]. I had said, if she’ll do this to our family, she’ll do this to yours.’”

Samantha added that she feels vindicated following the recent happenings within the royal family because the world mocked her and accused her of being jealous and bitter at Markle when she was just “being very honest.”

Samantha continued saying that there has been no attempt from the Duchess of Sussex to repair their family. She added that it was very hurtful for their family because she had extended an olive branch and was hoping that there would be unity among them going forward, but apparently, it was not the case.

Prince Harry and Markle said that they will continue to collaborate with Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and Prince William. They also promised to work to be financially independent. Apparently, the couple has already built a $500 million empire with their brand Sussex Royal months before they announced their split from the royal family.

Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth II was reportedly furious and disappointed after learning about the decision of the Sussexes. Her Majesty wasn’t happy because Prince Harry and Markle didn’t consult them before the announcement and they just learned it on TV.
