Melania Trump has been working very hard to help address some of the most glaring social issues and challenges most children face today. In fact, the First Lady of the United States launched her campaign called “Be Best,” which centers on online safety, well-being, and opioid abuse. Recently, Melania took to Twitter to encourage everyone to practice social distancing amid the alarming threats caused by the coronavirus outbreak.

“With our lives changed dramatically, especially in the last few days, I encourage everyone to follow CDC guidelines. Social distancing at this time is very important! Visit http://cdc.gov for more information,” Melania wrote on Twitter. The FLOTUS’s post was met with mixed reactions from supporters and critics alike. Some even took the chance to mock the wife of President Donald Trump.

“Words of wisdom from the human money shovel,” Michael Schweitz said. “A little late to the party Melanie. Just last week it was a hoax and going to go away when it warms up. It's 90° today in Florida and new cases that are lucky enough to get tested are still here. Not what Dotard promised!!” Sharin Stone stated. “No Trump knows ONE THING ABOUT THIS, so SAVE IT. Got back to doing what you do best, Melania, NOTHING,” a third netizen added.

“Yes we were getting use to them. Now it's actually real. And really blown out of proportion. I think more people die from TDS!!!,” another Twitter user responded in the comment section. “We've all been doing this for over a week. Americans take our advice from @NYGovCuomo. He's the one leading the Nation while your spouse is drooling into his tapioca pudding,” a critic shared. “You are totally irrelevant,” Carol Mahabir penned.

Melania Trump has yet to comment on these harsh remarks. Avid followers of the FLOTUS, on the other hand, have nothing but love and praises for her. ”Thank you very much Mrs.Trump. you are a gift! God bless you, the President, the world and God bless the United States of America!” Michelle Gilliam-Avery said. “AMEN.. Thank you so very MUCH,” Lawrence R. Reed stated. “God bless, First Lady,” Lenny Leslie went on.

Meanwhile, Melania Trump just canceled the White House Easter Egg Roll due to the coronavirus pandemic. “Out of an abundance of caution and in accordance with the National Emergency Declaration concerning the COVID-19, the Office of the First Lady is announcing that this year’s White House Easter Egg Roll has been canceled,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham shared on Twitter, Monday. For starters, the White House Easter Egg Roll is an annual event where families are invited to celebrate the holiday on the South Lawn.
