Melania Trump was mocked and blamed for being bullied.

The first lady of the United States said that she’s “the most bullied person in the world.” She also explained that she started her Be Best initiative due to the personal attacks she received from her critics.

Several netizens reacted to the FLOTUS’ statement, with some of them blaming Melania for what she got. According to one netizen, “We reap what we sow.”

“If she weren’t married to a really vile man for his money, was honest & respectable and had worked hard to attain a good reputation, she might not be. We reap what we sow in this life. Greed & vanity are not held in high regard. Karma is a beach,” @AmosB1982 commented.

Another user wrote that Melania wouldn’t have been bullied if she had not started Be Best because she has the “most disgraceful” family. The same netizen stressed that she is only pretending to care and she only looks foolish because of it.

Meanwhile, several also lambasted the first lady because it turned out that she started Be Best for herself. The critics attacked the FLOTUS for focusing on herself again.

“So her signature issue was not about kids being bullied, it's about her own personal self-pity party. It's always about themselves, isn't it?” a different user wrote.

“‘Be Best’ is all about her then? Another narcissist. Surprise, surprise,” @EarthMother60 agreed.

Aside from putting the blame on Melania, many called the FLOTUS a liar because for them, she was not actually bullied. One said that President Donald Trump’s wife is well-kept, pampered and spoiled.

In related news, Melania was named Palm Beach Atlantic University’s 2020 Women of Distinction. However, one graduate disagreed with the college’s decision. According to Kyra Kinnaman, in an op-ed posted on the Palm Beach Post, Melania is “not the kind of distinction” that PBAU should be awarding.

Kinnaman cited reasons why Melania did not deserve the honor. Among the things she mentioned were Melania’s Be Best campaign being inconsistent and her disrespectful publicity stunts.
