  • Melania Trump and Donald Trump are not affectionate

Melania Trump once again sparked rumors about her marital problems with Donald Trump after she uploaded a cropped photo of herself on Inauguration Day.

On her social media accounts, the FLOTUS shared a beautiful close-up photo of herself smiling from ear to ear. But those who follow the first lady know that her snap wasn’t a recent one.

In fact, Melania is joined by President Trump and Michelle Obama in the original photo. But she decided to crop them both out of her post.

According to Political Flare, the FLOTUS’ decision to remove Trump from the photo is quite questionable. And what made it worse is the fact that her caption didn’t make any mention of her husband.

“It is a great honor to serve the people of this incredible country. #InaugurationDay2017,” she wrote.

Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, also uploaded a photo on Inauguration Day and it featured herself, her stepmom, her dad, and younger brother, Barron Trump. Even Ivanka’s caption was a tribute to the POTUS.

“3 years to the day later… America is safer, stronger, and more prosperous than before! God bless the president and God bless the USA!” she wrote.

Some netizens are convinced that Melania and Trump are not on good terms that’s why she didn’t pay tribute to her husband. However, the couple is also known for not being very affectionate towards each other both in real life and online.

During their recent outing, the POTUS seemingly let Melania and Barron fend for themselves when he left them on the tarmac. The president also suddenly let go of his wife’s hand while at a football game.

Body language expert Patti Wood previously told Refinery29 the Melania and her husband don’t seem happy and relaxed when they are with each other. This is why some netizens are convinced that there’s trouble in paradise.

The expert said that she thinks the FLOTUS is more emotional than what she projects in public.

“The tension in her body, mouth, and face show that she's normally a very emotional person and is having to contain it. She's taking all of her energy to contain how she really feels. ... She shows anger; there's a glare in her eyes a lot when she's with him,” she said.
