‘Morning Show Mystery: Murder In Mind’ Hallmark Movie Premiere: Cast, Trailer, Synopsis

Holly Robinson Peete and Rick Fox are back with their first “Morning Show Mysteries” movie of 2019!

Directed by Kevin Fair and written by Amber Benson, the new Hallmark Movies & Mysteries premiere, titled “Morning Show Mysteries: A Murder in Mind,” airs Sunday.

According to the synopsis, “Billie (Robinson Peete) and her police detective friend Ian Jackson (Fox) find their friendship blossoming into something more while in the middle of a murder investigation.

“When a former server at Blessings gets her big break starring as the title character in the new TV drama ‘Kelso’s Law,’ she’s thrilled to be co-hosting ‘Wake Up’ with Billie. But when a body turns up and Billie learns the dead man was blackmailing her friend, Billie is compelled to find the killer to prove her friend’s innocence.”

The movie’s cast also includes Karen Robinson (Cassandra), Hilary Jardine (Katie), David Paetkau (Hawk), Sebastian Gacki (Derek), Teryl Rothery (Hannah), Greg Rogers (Maurice), Barry Levy (Charlie), Brittney Wilson (Lucy) and Robinson James Peete (Colin).
