With Valentine's Day just around the corner, movie theaters are gearing up for the holiday by releasing several new romantic comedies. Thankfully for those not focused on celebrating Feb. 14, that's not all coming out in February 2019. Check out the trailers and summaries for some of the biggest films releasing next month.

Feb. 8

“The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part”

When LEGO DUPLO take Emmett’s friends, he works to save them from the outer space invaders. Chris Pratt and Elizabeth Banks return to voice their characters Emmett and Lucy. Tiffany Haddish joins the cast as Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi.

“The Prodigy”

A mother seeks out a professional’s guidance after fearing her son may be controlled by something supernatural. The horror/thriller stars Taylor Schilling and Jackson Robert Scott.

“Cold Pursuit”

Liam Neeson is at it again. The “Taken” lead plays a snowplow driver seeking revenge for his son’s death in this action-packed adventure. The movie is based off the 2014 Norwegian film “In Order of Disappearance.”

Feb. 13

“Happy Death Day 2U”

Tree (Jessica Rothe) once again finds herself fighting for her life and this time, her friends are also at risk.

“Isn’t It Romantic”

A woman unlucky in love suddenly finds herself living inside a romantic comedy alternate universe. The film stars Rebel Wilson in the lead role alongside her on-screen love interest Liam Hemsworth.

Feb. 14

“Alita: Battle Angel”

Cyborg Alita (Rosa Salazar) awakens in Iron City with no memory of who she is and is taken in by a doctor named Ido (Christoph Waltz). As she learns to fight for her memories, she must also battle against corrupt forces.

“Fighting With My Family”

The biographical drama follows the life of family of WWE star Paige, portrayed by Florence Pugh, and her rise to fame. The film also stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Feb. 22

“How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World”

After learning Toothless isn’t the only Night Fury, Hiccup seeks The Hidden World’s dragon utopia. Jay Baruchel, Jonah Hill, Kristen Wiig, Gerard Butler and Cate Blanchett all lend their voices to the animated film.
