On Tuesday, the full list of nominees was announced for the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, with voting open until the show airs on April 14.

Quentin Tarantino’s “Django Unchained” and Seth MacFarlane’s “Ted” led the pack with the most nominations, seven each. “Django” was nominated for Best Movie, Best Male Performance, Best Duo, Best Fight, Best Kiss, Best WTF Moment and Best Villian. “Ted” also scored nominations for Best Movie, Best Female Performance, Best On-Screen Duo, Best Shirtless Performance, Best Fight, Best Kiss and Best WTF Moment.

“Silver Linings Playbook” came in second with six nominations total, including Best Female Performance for Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence.

“The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" received only one nomination, specifically for Taylor Lautner, in the new “Best Shirtless Performance” category. Lautner will compete against Channing Tatum for "Magic Mike," Seth MacFarlane for "Ted," Daniel Craig for "Skyfall" and Christian Bale for "The Dark Knight Rises.”

Voting has also begun for the 2013 MTV Awards, which will air live on Sunday, April 14 at 9 p.m. EST. Voting continued until April 13. Rebel Wilson, who is nominated for Best Female Performance and Breakthrough Performance for “Pitch Perfect,” will host the show.

Nominees for the MTV Movie Awards, held annually, are chosen by MTV producers and executives, but the winners, who receive “golden popcorn” trophies, are decided by the fans. The event has been hosted live since 2007 but first began in 1992.
