Every year on March 7, the U.S. celebrates World Cereal Day to honor the nation's favorite breakfast bowl. Since Ferdinand Schumacher, a German immigrant, began the cereal revolution in 1854, it has evolved from being a breakfast dish to a popular evening snack and even a bedtime meal.

But, reports say the type of corn flakes we gorge on was invented by accident. John Harvey Kellogg and Will Keith Kellogg were experimenting with boiled wheat when they left a batch out overnight. On finding it stale, they tried the same process with corn, and created what we know today as Kellogg’s Corn Flakes.

So, on this World Cereal Day, let's find out a few celebrities who have openly professed their love for cereals.
