‘New Girl’
Big things are in store for Cece (Hannah Simone) and Schmidt (Max Greenfield) in “New Girl” Season 6. FOX

“New Girl” Season 6 recently saw the return of Megan Fox’s Reagan for the show’s special Valentine’s Day episode.

Reagan is currently dating Nick (Jake Johnson), but this does not mean that the latter no longer has feelings for his roommate, Jess (Zooey Deschanel). In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, “New Girl” cast member Max Greenfield dished on whether he’s on Team Jess or Team Reagan. According to the actor, he is on Jess’ side because she and Nick are the leads of the FOX TV show.

Meanwhile, Greenfield also opened up about Schmidt and Cece’s (Hannah Simone) relationship and how it has changed the male character into a better version of himself. “I think he was supposed to be a real playboy and ladies’ man, and then he fell in love and it ruined everything. It takes away a very fun aspect of playing the character,” he said.

The actor is also positive that Schmidt and Cece will have kids at one point. “I feel like he (Schmidt) got a number in his head of how many kids he wants, and what gender they’re going to be, and where they’re gonna go to college, and where they’re going to work,” he said.

In other news, a huge change in the dynamic of “New Girl” will take place soon. Schmidt and Cece will be moving out of the loft where he and his friends first met. The couple will also be the first two to leave the loft, and their departure will be huge deal for the entire group. “The loft has been part of the show, and to move out of it, it’s a really huge deal,” he said.

“New Girl” Season 6 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
