After spending some of his holiday in the hospital receiving treatment for his Lupus condition, Nick Cannon appears to be doing better and is getting ready to head back home.

The “America’s Got Talent” host took to Instagram on Wednesday to share an update and thank his fans for the love he’s received. “I’m still in this hospital,” Cannon, 36, says in the video. “But I’m about to get out of here for real, and I’m letting you know we about to take it to a whole new level.”

Cannon went on to say he was feeling strong, comparing his strength to that of the superheroes Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk. “I’m sitting here just getting stronger. Just like an Iron Man-strong, Incredible Hulk-type strong.”

The rapper also teased his new music and a standup comedy special he has coming to Showtime. “Thank you all for the love, care and prayers. Let’s go! We are all Ncredible! ‘You only got a moment… So live it like you own it!” Cannon wrote in the video’s caption.

Cannon found himself in the hospital on Dec. 22 where he was undergoing treatment for Lupus. “For all who have been trying to contact me the last few days this is where I’ve been. And I will be in the hospital through Christmas. All good though, doctors say I will be back to normal before the New Year,” he wrote on Instagram.

The actor-rapper was diagnosed with the illness in 2012, something he called “a tough disease.” During an April interview with WebMD, Cannon revealed that it sometimes takes him 30 minutes to get out of bed. “I don’t necessarily look sick, but there are times when I wake up and I can’t move,” he said.
